Diagramming Simple Sentences

This is a terrific set to practice and learn about diagramming two forms of basic sentences. The first form is with a subject and an action verb. The second form adds the articles a, the, and an as well as adjectives and/or adverbs. The sentences are very simple. The tree is how I relate the message of diagramming to my students.

- The second set includes subjects, verbs, adjectives (mostly articles), and adverbs.
-> Color and black-and-white versions of each activity for printing! (Black and white are great for lower ink printing.)
