Yes. This format is widely used and easily opened while maintaining the original structure, so all digital items are PDFs.

A PDF is a format a document can be created in. PDF stands for portable document format. Many people associate a PDF with Adobe, because Adobe originally created it. This format can be read with the Adobe reader and other PDF readers (such as many browsers).

If you would like a physical item sent to you of a listed digital item, please feel free to ask and a quote for the physical item plus shipping will be sent to you. Just click on "Contact Seller" next to the product. A separate listing will have to be posted for the physical item. Thank you.

Most items are digital items used for education. They are PDFs and will be mailed to you directly to your e-mail after purchase. Physical items are generally shipped with the United States Postal Service. All products are shipped in a timely manner, and most are shipped within 24 hours. (PDFs are usually e-mailed much faster.)

The checkout system is unable to determine if you are purchasing a digital or physical item. Therefore, it collects all the needed information to mail a package. TiffanyB will process your order, and only the information needed to process your purchase will be used. Paypal will process your payment and does not share any of your payment processing information with TiffanyB.

PDF Shipping Guarantee: PDFs are digital items and will be e-mailed to your e-mail address within 48 hours of your purchase. If you provide the correct e-mail address at your time of purchase and it was not processed within 48 hours, you still get to keep the item as well as receiving a refund of your money. PDFs are processed daily and in the order they are purchased. (Please note that if you order more than eight PDFs in a 48 hour period, it may take up to 72 hours to deliver.) This does not guarantee that you will not receive it in your Spam folder. If you think you have not received an item, please check your spam first.

Depending on the format you desire, you may be able to obtain a different format to receive your digital item in. To make a request, please click on the "Contact Seller" link and ask for a different format to be posted of the desired item. Don't forget to include the product title please. Thank you!

Most orders are processed quickly within a few hours, but it could take longer. It is recommended that you purchase your order 24 to 48 hours prior- just in case.
